Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage the operations and sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Oversee day-to-day business operations ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Analyze performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and drive efficiency.
Collaborate with the International management teams to align on business goals and performance.
Manage process training, performance reviews, and ensure adherence to company standards.

Requirements:

Minimum
5–10 years of experience
in
travel sales and operations management
(international travel domain preferred).
Strong understanding of
GDS systems (Amadeus preferred)
.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Proven record in
sales growth, team management, and operational excellence
.
Ability to handle high-pressure environments and deliver results.
