Job responsibilities:-

* Manage Operation Department: Coordination with operation executives/ Sr. Executives for Operation efficiency to Oversee smooth processing of returns, rentals, and vehicle movement. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, legal requirements, and company policies.

* Vehicle Availability and Fleet Management: Ensure vehicles are available on time with drivers. Ensure vehicles are returned, inspected, cleaned, and ready for the next order.

• Customer Service: Handle late-night reservations, customer inquiries, and any service issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Coordination: Coordination with internal team and Oversee financial transactions, ensure accuracy in rental agreements, and report on revenue.
• Problem Resolution: Address emergencies or customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Overall responsible for branch
