Manager Online Sales

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Manager- Online Sales to manage the day-to-day operations of our online stores across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, TATA1MG, and our own website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product listings, optimizing ad campaigns, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and execute opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and product bundling to increase average order value (AOV).
• Manage the daily operations of e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth website functionality and a positive user experience.
• Maintain and regularly update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and stock availability across all online platforms.
• Collaborate with the Digital Media Team to implement design and feature enhancements.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including traffic, conversion rates, customer retention, and AOV.
• Utilize customer data and sales reports to identify trends and optimize marketing and sales strategies.
• Ensure that the online stores are fully optimized for conversion, navigation, and user experience.
• Plan and execute sales promotions and deal campaigns across all platforms.
• Manage online order processing, ensuring timely fulfillment and accuracy across all branches.
• Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and manage any fulfillment issues.
• Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and TATA1MG.
• Analyze daily sales reports and cross-check daily order reports across all branches to ensure accuracy and performance tracking.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
