Manager - ODC, Breakbulk & Project Cargo

Role Overview: You will be a Manager - ODC, Breakbulk & Project Cargo at PDP Shipping & Projects Limited, based in Navi Mumbai. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing the expediting process, managing projects from start to finish, collaborating with sales, clients, agency partners, and authorities, and ensuring efficient project logistics management. It is essential to have a good understanding of potential clients, contact nodals, and market leads. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the expediting process and project logistics from inception to completion - Coordinate with sales, clients, agency partners, and authorities to ensure smooth project operations - Utilize ODC, breakbulk, and project management skills effectively - Maintain good liner/owners contacts and demonstrate strong coordination and operational experience - Independently engage with liner/owners, clients, and authorities - Develop competitive sales offers and manage input costs to drive revenue generation - Lead the expansion of the team - Possess a Bachelors's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent; an MBA or PG Diploma in Management is preferred Qualifications Required: - 8-10 years of experience in ODC, Breakbulk & Projects in Logistics within the Freight forwarding/Shipping industry - Proficiency in ODC, breakbulk, and Project Management - Strong coordination skills and operational expertise - Ability to independently engage with liner/owners, clients, and authorities - Capability to develop competitive sales offers and manage input costs effectively - Leadership skills to drive team expansion Please email your CV to animesh@pdpprojects.com if you are a suitable candidate meeting the experience and qualification criteria.
