Job Details
The position holder is responsible to develop, implement, manage and integrate strategic plans for overall health care improvement, which includes Quality Indicators, Compliance reporting, Patient Satisfaction survey, and Performance Improvement processes. They will involve in preparing reports by collecting data on audits which are analyzed in detail. They facilitate providing professional development and education services by assisting nurses in preparing for contemporary practice and supporting them in acquiring the knowledge and skills so that they can competently collect patient health data, analyze the data to determine diagnoses, identify expected outcomes individualized to the patient, develop a plan of care that prescribes interventions to attain the expected outcomes, implement the interventions identified in the plan of care, and evaluate the patients progress toward attainment of the outcomes in the medical/surgical/oncology care settings. The Corporate Nurse Quality (CNQ) will also be involved in the development and education services of the all healthcare personnel. The CNQ will be expected to travel across the units.
