Planning, conducting, and evaluating the short-term courses in Nursing - Critical Care and Comprehensive Care Nursing, Operation Theatre Nursing, Emergency Nursing, Infection Control Training, Chemotherapy Nursing, PICC/Chemo Port Line Nurse, IV/Infusion Nurse, Transplant Nursing - Renal, Liver and Cardiac, Bone Marrow. Organizing and maintaining reports for internal and external staff development activities (workshops/symposiums/conferences). Coordinating nursing care audits based on Standard Operating Procedures developed at the Nursing Department and AOI Hospitals. Involving in measuring, analyzing, and interpreting quality indicators, and developing action plan to reach the set target. Balancing between quality sustenance and cost cutting as a part of hospital lean management and efficiency evaluation. Liaising with senior leadership and corporate team in maintaining the Clinical Nursing Quality parameters. Maintaining relevant documents and adherence to established reporting system. Periodically updating knowledge on clinical and administrative areas, translating them at the bedside and participating in their continuing nursing education. Always Maintaining professional decorum and serving as a role model to their staff and branding both the organization and the nursing profession. Supporting the Unit Nursing Lead in all aspects of quality care and nursing administration at AOI Hospitals. Supporting the administration and the Nursing Department in organizing events as and when required. Talent building by making education modules, doing workshops, and conducting conferences. To provide nursing professionals with competent development and education services by assisting nurses in preparing for contemporary practice and supporting them in acquiring the knowledge and skills so that they can competently collect patient health data, analyze the data to determine diagnoses, identify expected outcomes individualized to the patient, develop a plan of care that prescribes interventions to attain the expected outcomes, implement the interventions identified in the plan of care, and evaluate the patients progress toward attainment of the outcomes in the medical/surgical care settings. Special skills : Must be able to deal sensitively but objectively with all the co-staff and managers. Punctual and polite. Able to communicate with people beyond giving instructions, as in coordinating activities with various hospital departments and other office sites. Ability to support and defend hospital policy to all members of the staff regardless of personal opinions. Flexibility to adjust to changing conditions in the various details of the position. Flexibility to travel to all the locations as needed. Any other work as assigned by the reporting manager. Education and Licensure: State Nursing Council Registration.
