Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Manager of Non Scheduled Operations. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all non-scheduled operations, ensuring efficient and safe management of all activities within the airport. Key responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring operational efficiency, handling irregular operations, and coordinating with other airport departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

• Experience in airport operations, ground handling, and passenger services
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle irregular operations effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of aviation regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in using airport management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications in airport operations or ground handling are a plus
