Manager - Multimedia and Visual Design
Experience: 12 to 15 Years
Location: Pune

Key Skills:
Front end/Languages- Adobe Animate, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Video editing tools, Visualization Skills, Creative Thinking, Sketching skills, Basic HTML 5, CSS.
Processes/ Methodologies - UI/UX to suit eLearning, eLearning rules and standards, Screen Design Theory, Color Theory, Typography.
Tools: Authoring tools - Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Lectora.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Team Responsibilities
  • Defining/modifying the structure of the functional team in collaboration with the Delivery Head
  • Leading large sized teams consisting of Functional Managers, Associate Managers, Leads, Seniors, Juniors and Trainees
  • Performance management and mentoring, conflict management
Project Responsibilities
  • Project allocations as per team’s knowledge and skills
  • Approving design approaches, design solutions and development tools defined by the Functional Leads
Marketing and Pre-Sales Responsibilities
  • Working with the proposal engineering and project management teams to create proposals and marketing collateral
  • Create design approaches, estimates, solutions and demos in addition to contribution in proposals, responses to RFIs and quotes
  • Regularly writes blog posts or articles to showcase the company strengths and learning
Functional Responsibilities
  • Quality management, setting processes, design standards and best practices for Project management
  • Keeping up with trends in the learning industry
Leadership
  • Effectively implements systems and process in the team/workgroup by assessing the knowledge and skills required
  • Assesses employees’ strengths accurately, their career aspirations and development needs to reconcile and align individuals and organizational needs
  • Mentors and coaches people (all functional team members at all levels) and contributes to their overall development.
