Job Description

Role & responsibilities

oversees the design, installation, and operation of a building's essential systems, managing teams, budgets, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration, compliance with codes, and project completion on time and within budget, covering HVAC, power, lighting, and plumbing

Design & Coordination:
Lead MEP design review, 3D coordination, and ensure integration with architectural/structural elements.
Project Management:
Develop schedules, manage budgets, procure materials, and oversee all MEP phases from groundbreaking to handover.
Subcontractor Management:
Select, manage, and monitor MEP contractors, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and timelines.
Technical Oversight:
Review submittals, shop drawings, and specifications; resolve technical issues and site conflicts.
Quality & Compliance:
Conduct site inspections, ensure adherence to local codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
Commissioning:
Oversee the testing and commissioning of all MEP systems for final handover.
Leadership:
Mentor teams, communicate progress, and represent MEP aspects in project meetings.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Diploma
