Manager MEP Project Execution

Role & responsibilities

Execution of Electrical Package within timeline & allocated budget for various MEP projects in commercial, industrial, Warehouse and data centre sector

Execute high standard of project management skills at the projects.

On site Material Planning with planners during execution.

On time delivery of execution targets with a key insight on quality of work.

Handling external stake holders viz suppliers and contractors to ensure maximum productivity and high efficiency

Tracking of project budget on both material, installation, site expenses and productivity of team deployed.

IMS / Safety / Kaizen

Job Description:-

Site Supervision. Project execution End to End responsibility of the given portion of

project billing is monthly achieved.

• Follow IMS procedures for quality and proper execution of job

• Train new joinees for proper development in the related field

• Job completion with time management for better customer satisfaction

• Measurement and checking and verification of sub-contractors bills.

• Ensuring efficient and productive ways of project execution, so that committed project profitability remains intact and should improve.

• Quality and Safety should be prime focus during entire cycle of project management.

Requisite Experience

• Position -  Electrical Execution

• M4 - Yrs Of exp for M4 - 9 - 12 yrs

• M5 - yrs of Exp - 12 -15 yrs

• M4/M5 - B.E/Btech - Electrical (Full time)

• MEP Execuiton profiles will be preferables

• Project - Prefereable worked in Factories, warehouses projects or Handled big value Projects

• Team handling Exp & Good Communication skill with Exp of client co-ordination
