- Working with the architects and consultants for the MEP Design of the projects - Providing technical/work scope inputs, reviewing, approving, and finalizing tender prepared by Services Consultant - Finalizing the MEP drawings of the project along with the relevant stakeholders - Coordinating with the Liasoning team for approvals of the final design by relevant authorities - Coordination in preparation of the budget for the finalized design and modifying it as per the budget requirements, if needed - Visiting sites on regular basis to monitor all field work to ensure that the work is being done as per the design - Suggesting ways for time/cost reduction with reference to base estimate through value engineering - Checking design drawing documentation quality and maintaining records pertaining to MEP drawing and documentation for all projects - Designing & developing new systems & processes for building services - Driving & implementing design SOPs for MEP. - Have knowledge of MOEF Requirements, GRIHA and IGBC.
