Manager - Maintenance

The Maintenance Manager oversees all maintenance operations to ensure optimal functioning of equipment, infrastructure, and facilities. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, budget management, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Key Responsibilities

• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

  : Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules; respond promptly to breakdowns and ensure timely repairs.

• Team Leadership

  : Supervise maintenance technicians and engineers; assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training.

• Equipment Management

  : Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained to maximize uptime and efficiency.

• Budgeting & Cost Control

  : Prepare maintenance budgets; monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Vendor Coordination

  : Manage relationships with external contractors and suppliers for specialized services or equipment procurement.

• Compliance & Safety

  : Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry standards.

• Documentation & Reporting

  : Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and compliance audits.

• Continuous Improvement
