Job Description

Ensure Total plant machinery is in working condition wrt Electrical / Mechanical /PLC /Robotics/ laser welding, and Plant Utility.
Zero Breakdown through Preventive & predictive Maintenance of all plant and machinery.
Ensure Optimum Electrical / Energy cost, Fuel Cost, and reduction in maintenance cost.
Monitoring of PF, KWH, Voltage, and current in the plant. MTTR, MTBF for continual improvements to ensure OEE through availability improvement.
Maintain spare parts, their stock, and machine history as per the list.

6. Machine maintenance as per ISO, TS, OSHAS, & System & documentation process. Exposure to IATF certification, statutory compliance.

7. TPM Implementation.

8. Customer Audit. (NPD)/ Breakdown report monitoring and analysis.

9. Utility monitoring/Checking shop floor/ Spare parts maintenance.

10. Machine repair monitoring from an external source.

11. Maintaining spare parts inventory for critical machine spares.

12. Electricity and fuel consumption control.

13. Spare parts control in terms of quality & value.

14. Maintaining spare part inventory.

15. New machine installation and commissioning.
