Manager: Magazine Ad Sales

Just Urbane is a premium tech and lifestyle magazine published from Pune with a pan-India reach. Our platform spans high-quality print and digital content, curated events, and concerts. We deliver smart, insightful stories across tech, business, automobiles, food, travel, culture, and fashion. As we grow, we're seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead revenue generation and scale brand partnerships across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify & develop new opportunities for print, digital, and event sponsorships
• Pitch tailored media packages to brands, agencies, and corporates
• Build & manage strong client relationships
• Align sales with editorial & marketing for integrated campaigns
• Research trends, competitors, and new market segments
• Craft and present customized proposals and pitches
• Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines
• Represent Just Urbane at events, trade shows, and networking meets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields
• 5–10 years of experience in media sales, events or advertising
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of media buying and branded content
• Self-motivated and target-focused
• Proficiency in CRM tools

Must Have:

• Established network in advertising or brand marketing
• Experience with tech, lifestyle, fashion, or niche media
• Understanding of digital performance metrics (CTR, engagement, impressions)
