As a Manager
in our Mergers and Acquisitions Team you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
- Target search through primary and secondary research and shortlisting of potential target companies
- Preliminary evaluation (including tax diligence) and preliminary discussions with Management
- Ideation and providing inputs on various issues/client deliverables
- Formulation of preliminary investment thesis
- Confirmatory due diligence and risk evaluation / mitigation from Tax perspective
- Deal negotiation / structuring and Preparation of final investment thesis to be presented to the Boar
- Review of various transactions documents from tax perspective
- Creation of business development literature and pitch packs for prospective clients and projects
- Leading cross-functional teams of 6-8 internal resources and external consultants in M&A projects
Desired qualifications
CA with 5-7 years of Experience in M&A-Tax
