Job Description

As the team member responsible for supporting the senior leadership with setting the strategy for Radisson Hotel Group (RHG) Hotels to leverage the Radisson Rewards program, your key roles and responsibilities include: - Radisson Rewards Implementation in RHG Hotels: - Regular training to hotels to ensure proper implementation of the Loyalty program in all the hotels - Foster and improve the Loyalty champion community by creating competitions and supporting Hotels through various communication channels - Liaise with Revenue and Operation teams to ensure member-specific benefits meet evolving customer needs while sustaining profitability and driving long-term loyalty - Contribute to and oversee the development and implementation of loyalty program/practices, monitoring progress through performance reporting and presentations - Training and Development: - Identify training material needs and support the creation of job aids - Lead and manage ad-hoc projects related to the development, update, and growth of the Radisson Rewards Program - Stakeholder Engagement and Strategic visits to Hotels: - Act as a liaison representing loyalty internally and externally, developing strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for loyalty initiatives - Represent the voice of the loyalty program to ensure Hotels deliver on Loyalty goals and objectives - Provide in-depth reporting and drive loyalty brand standards compliance, revenue, and enrolments at hotels in collaboration with different departments - Radisson Rewards Program Support for RHG Hotels: - Assist in the administration and operational aspects of the loyalty program, including training, member enrollment, profile management, and point processes - Support senior leadership in growing loyalty-associated revenue, acquiring members, and ensuring member satisfaction for the Radisson Rewards program across RHG Hotels - Build annual targets, monitor monthly performance, and achieve Loyalty Goals for RHG Hotels In terms of competencies & skills, the following are required: - Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills - Experience in marketing/quality for hotels or operational deployment of initiatives in Hotels - Understanding of loyalty programs and how they maximize consumer behavior through currency and member data - Ability to work independently and collaborate - Ability to develop and deliver senior-level ready material Job requirements and qualifications: - Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing or Hotel Management - Minimum experience: 4+ years managing senior client relationships with a proven record of interfacing with all levels of an organization/hotels - Language skills: Must be fluent in English. Additional language(s) are a plus,
