Job Description

As a Senior Analyst with 3 to 8 years of experience in SampleManager LIMS applications, you will play a crucial role in guiding the team, troubleshooting complex issues, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing and resolving intricate technical problems, often collaborating with onshore teams for guidance or escalation. - Coaching and mentoring team members to promote continuous learning and skill development. - Promoting knowledge sharing within the team through documentation, training sessions, and regular communication. - Estimating the effort, resources required, and cost for major changes under a new Statement of Work (SoW). - Implementing minor enhancements following the stipulated Change Control process. - Coordinating with the development team on Release deployment and hypercare. - Identifying fixes for defects discovered by the support team and handing them over to the development team for further testing and deployment. Additionally, you will be responsible for: Team Management: - Effectively managing team resources by assigning tasks based on bandwidth. Process Management: - Identifying opportunities to improve support processes, reducing resolution times, and enhancing customer satisfaction. - Overseeing incident management processes to ensure timely resolution and root cause analysis. - Managing changes to the support environment to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth transitions. - Communicating effectively with clients by providing regular updates on incident status and resolution efforts. - Escalating critical issues to appropriate stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and minimize impact. - Striving to exceed client expectations by delivering high-quality support and building strong relationships. This role requires a candidate with deep technical knowledge in SampleManager LIMS applications, strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and experience in team and process management within the life sciences industry.,
