Job Description

You are a Senior Analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience joining our team, possessing extensive technical knowledge in SampleManager LIMS applications to guide the team effectively and troubleshoot complex issues. You will analyze and resolve intricate technical problems, often collaborating with onshore teams for guidance or escalation. Additionally, your role involves coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development. Your responsibilities will include guiding the team in SampleManager LIMS applications and troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating with onshore teams to resolve technical problems, and coaching team members to promote continuous learning and skill development. You will also be responsible for promoting knowledge sharing within the team through documentation, training sessions, and regular communication. Furthermore, you will estimate the effort, resources, and cost required for major changes under a new Statement of Work (SoW), implement minor enhancements following the Change Control process, and coordinate with the development team on Release deployment and hypercare. Identifying fixes for defects discovered by the support team and managing team resources effectively by assigning tasks based on bandwidth will be part of your team management responsibilities. Moreover, you will identify opportunities to improve support processes, oversee incident management processes ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis, manage changes to the support environment to minimize disruptions, and communicate effectively with clients by providing regular updates on incident status and resolution efforts. You will escalate critical issues to appropriate stakeholders, strive to exceed client expectations by delivering high-quality support, and building strong relationships.,
