Duties and Responsibilities -
1)Manage FOS:Recruit, train and motivate the teamManage channel relationships. Drive sales numbers and increase finance penetration, meet allocated sales targets. Manage the sales processEnsure process rigour and controllership
2) Ensure smooth service delivery to channel partnersManage the FOS productivityReconciliation of dealer payments
Required Qualifications and Experience
Should be a MBA with 2 to 3years of experience or graduate with minimum 4 yrs of experience. Prior exposure to sales role is highly desirable. Good communication and interpersonal sGood relationship management s. Proficient in MS Office Ability to coordinate with various departments within the organization.
