As a Learning Strategist at Searce, your role goes beyond managing training programs. You are responsible for creating a culture of continuous learning, bridging talent gaps, and fostering growth mindsets. Your mission is to design learning enablement that drives real transformation, shaping the next generation of solvers, consultants, and client champions. You are not just a typical L&D lead; you are an architect of learning journeys that inspire, challenge, and equip individuals to stay ahead of the curve. You collaborate with Business Leads to identify skill gaps, define learning outcomes, and drive measurable impact across the organization. Your focus is on infusing AI-driven learning, leveraging smart tech to personalize, measure, and scale learning effectively. In this role, you will own the end-to-end pipeline of critical technical certifications, ensuring that individuals are not just certified but competitively differentiated in the market. Moreover, you will lead a team of Learning Champions, coaching, empowering, and growing a high-performing L&D team that delivers with empathy and innovation. To excel in this position, you should have a strategic mindset, a builder's approach, and a high level of empathy. You must possess strong experience with LMS, digital learning platforms, and certification programs. While a Masters in HR, Psychology, or an MBA is preferred, your mindset and proven record of influencing business outcomes through learning programs are crucial.
