Job Description: To design, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance employees" skills, knowledge, and performance, aligning with organizational goals. Additionally, perform the role of HRBP for the Faridabad office. Responsibilities include: - Conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and develop training plans. - Creating, delivering, and evaluating training programs (classroom, online, or blended). - Collaborating with subject matter experts to design relevant content and develop training materials, manuals, and resources. - Delivering training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs as per the business needs. - Evaluating training effectiveness using metrics and feedback. - Driving learning through ATL / RaPL and other E-learning platforms. - Managing training budgets and maintaining relationships with learning partners. - Reviewing and maintaining organizational learning strategies based on changing industry trends. - Fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. - Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and technologies.,
