Manager, L&D Program Management

As the Manager, L&D Program Management at our company, you will play a crucial role in the seamless execution, facilitation, and operational excellence of key learning and development programs. Your responsibilities include: - Designing and developing learning programs that align with business objectives, addressing specific learner needs. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess learning needs and design effective programs that enhance employee skills and organizational performance. - Leading the creation and customization of learning content to ensure alignment with the learner experience and program objectives. - Evaluating program effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, recommending improvements for enhanced learning outcomes. - Supporting the development of the learning and development strategy, contributing to resource allocation and program prioritization. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred qualifications and additional responsibilities include: - Outstanding facilitation and communication skills, both in-person and virtual. - Experience in managing learning program logistics and supporting enterprise programs. - Demonstrated ability to consult and influence across stakeholder groups. - Familiarity with learning technologies and platforms.
