Manager IT Infrastructure

As Manager - Technology Infra, you will be responsible for designing and implementing initiatives to enhance the existing Technology Infrastructure Digital Workspace setup. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analysing the current Technology Infrastructure stack, which includes Productivity & Collaboration platforms, Dev & Test environments on multiple cloud platforms, On-Prem/On-Cloud Identity Management integrations, and other On-Prem Infrastructure. - Identifying areas for improvement, assessing solution options, and communicating benefits/implications with supporting data. - Evaluating new technologies and trends to enhance infrastructure security, scalability, and performance. - Ensuring alignment of Infrastructure Security aspects with Global Cybersecurity Frameworks. - Collaborating with vendors and third-party providers to assess products, negotiate contracts, and manage service level agreements (SLAs). - Leading infrastructure architecture, overseeing end-to-end solution implementation, and providing documentation and training to IT staff and end-users. Qualifications required for this role: - 10 to 15 years of experience with a minimum of four years in IT Infrastructure design and implementation. - Hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining Windows/Linux Servers OS, and managing central services like IAM, SSO, MFA, MDM, DNS, Threat Management, DLP, EDR/XDR/MDR, Patch Management, Web Security, and CASB products. - Proficiency in On-Cloud Productivity and Collaboration services such as Google Workspace, Software Asset Management, and automation scripts/tools for infrastructure deployment and management. - Sound knowledge of network architecture, server infrastructure, storage systems, virtualization technologies, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud. - Cloud certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Cisco Certified Network Professional, ITIL will be advantageous. - A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
