Manager - IT Applications

As an Application Support Manager at a well-known multi-channel F&B retail company, your role involves leading the support team and contributing to the ongoing change and functionality of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and LS Retail. Your responsibilities include: - Providing senior-level support to a diverse end-user group for functional use and technical troubleshooting in LS Retail and Dynamics NAV. - Contributing to the continuous improvement of Dynamics NAV and LS Retail functionality by actively participating in change initiatives. - Collaborating with various departments to assess ERP/POS requirements, design solutions, and recommend fixes to meet business needs. - Evaluating current application systems processes to identify gaps and develop strategies to correct deficiencies effectively. - Analyzing the potential impact of Navision ERP processes on Financial, SCM, and operational processes. - Working closely with Operations and other departments to provide solutions to Navision ERP issues. - Communicating complex processes effectively, training, and developing team members. - Ensuring role-based application access and adherence to audit requirements. Desired Skills: - Strong understanding of MS Navision ERP and LS Retail. - Experience in LS Retail support, POS support, and NAV modules such as purchasing, warehouse, financial management, and planning. - Preferably, experience in NAV implementation and NAV object designer. - Familiarity with MS Dynamics NAV 2016 and Microsoft SQL Server. - Leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory; should be open to coaching. - Ownership and a high-growth mindset align well with the organization's culture. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.,
