Manager, Internal Controls and SOX Compliance

Role Overview: This global position supports the Internal Controls and SOX Compliance Sr. Director in scoping, designing, and supporting IT related controls. You will be a key player in Herbalife's integrated internal control environment. Your strong understanding of scoping and designing controls, including knowledge of COBIT, COSO, and NIST frameworks, will be crucial. Effective communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders across the business are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the annual enterprise IT risk assessment - Document IT SOX narratives - Design IT application controls - Support the SOX testing plan - Evaluate deficiencies and identify compensating controls - Work with control owners to improve processes, address internal control issues, and identify opportunities for control optimization - Provide advice on internal controls, including SOX and cybersecurity Qualifications Required: - Solid grasp of SOX testing methodologies and risk assessment practices - Oracle experience - Knowledge of COBIT, COSO, and NIST frameworks - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams - Strong analytical skills - Effective communication skills - Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision - Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio - Experience in SOX, internal or external audit, project management, and analysis, preferably in a Big 4 Accounting or publicly traded company setting - Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent - CISA certification is necessary for this role Additional Details: N/A,
