Manager, Institutional Development

As a candidate for this position, you should have a Post-Graduation in Social Science or equivalent subject along with 7 years of experience in Institutional building/promotion or FPO promotion. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing technical guidance for the formulation of FPO's business management training program. - Offering technical guidance to conduct post-harvest handling and value-addition to the horticulture produce for FPO. - Preparing the Annual Action Plan, tracking disbursements, and obtaining UC/SOE on a monthly basis. - Supporting the monitoring of FPO activities. - Assisting in the collection of agribusiness company information and the construction of a matching platform with the FPO. - Supporting the planning and implementation of business trials between FPO and Agribusiness companies. - Helping FPO to adopt advanced technology for cultivation and marketing. - Evaluating proposals submitted by farmers/FPO/CBBO/Entrepreneurs. - Preparing information/reports/roadmaps as per the directions of Project Management Unit & JICA. - Undertaking any other work assigned by the authorities of the project. In addition to the responsibilities listed, it is essential that you hold a Post-Graduation in Social Science or equivalent subject and have at least 7 years of experience in Institutional building/promotion or FPO promotion.,
