Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Demand Generation specialist to join our team and assist in lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will engage potential clients through outreach programs via email & outbound calls, effectively communicate our offerings, and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse databases and qualify potential prospects to generate leads.
Connect with prospects via email, social media and telephone.
Make outbound calls to potential leads from provided lists.
Introduce our products/services and assess interest.
Qualify leads and gather necessary information for follow-up.
Schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in our CRM.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
Meet daily and weekly call targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

MBA or Bachelor s degree preferred.
6-8 years of proven experience in telecalling or sales (preferably in lead generation).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
