Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Demand Generation specialist to join our team and assist in lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will engage potential clients through outreach programs via email & outbound calls, effectively communicate our offerings, and schedule appointments for the sales team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse databases and qualify potential prospects to generate leads.
  • Connect with prospects via email, social media and telephone.
  • Make outbound calls to potential leads from provided lists.
  • Introduce our products/services and assess interest.
  • Qualify leads and gather necessary information for follow-up.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in our CRM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Meet daily and weekly call targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or Bachelor s degree preferred.
  • 6-8 years of proven experience in telecalling or sales (preferably in lead generation).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
