Job Responsibilities – Chemistry Online EducatorPosition: Chemistry Educator – UG Entrance Exams Mode: Studio-based (Live + Recorded) Reporting to: Academic Head / Content Manager Location: Aspect Vision Studio, Patna 1. Teaching & Content DeliveryDeliver high-quality Chemistry lectures for UG entrance exams (NEET, JEE, and other relevant exams) in a studio environment through both live sessions and recorded content. Ensure concept clarity by using simple explanations, relatable examples, and visual aids. Maintain student engagement during live sessions through Q&A, polls, and interactive teaching methods. Follow the company’s curriculum plan and teaching guidelines. 2. Content PreparationPrepare lesson plans, presentations, and notes for each topic before recording or going live. Develop practice problems, assignments, and quizzes aligned with the syllabus and exam patterns. Update content based on latest syllabus changes or feedback from students and academic reviewers. Coordinate with the DTP/design team to create diagrams, illustrations, and engaging visual materials. 3. Quality Standards & ComplianceMaintain professional presentation (dress code, speech clarity, and board writing/illustration standards) during recordings. Ensure audio-video quality during live and recorded sessions by following the studio’s technical SOPs. Avoid any errors in content delivery; re-record in case of critical mistakes as per feedback. 4. Student Support & EngagementRespond to student doubts during live sessions and post-class discussion forums. Share additional resources, tips, and strategies for exam preparation. Motivate students to stay consistent and disciplined in their learning journey. 5. Collaboration & ReportingWork closely with the academic and content team to plan lecture schedules and meet deadlines. Participate in team meetings for content review and improvement. Report weekly teaching progress and student feedback to the Academic Head. 6.
