Manager - Infra & Cloud

As a Technical Delivery Manager / Infrastructure SME (Cloud & Infrastructure Operations) at KPMG in India, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of cloud infrastructure solutions for national and international clients across various sectors. This role is based in Mumbai with travel as required. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing delivery strategies aligned with business goals, collaborating with clients to design scalable cloud solutions, and implementing hybrid cloud architectures and security frameworks. You will also oversee day-to-day operations of cloud and infrastructure environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance by implementing ITIL-based service management practices. In addition, you will support pre-sales efforts by contributing to RFP/RFI responses, stay up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends, and provide feedback to product and engineering teams to refine offerings and improve delivery models. To be successful in this role, you should have 8-12 years of experience in IT infrastructure delivery and operations, with a focus on cloud and managed services. You should possess strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as experience with ITIL processes and tools for service management. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills are also essential. A graduate degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field is required, and architect level certifications in cloud platforms and service management frameworks are advantageous.
