Sr. Manager / AGM / DGM Information Security

About the Role

Sr. Manager / AGM / DGM Information Security

What You’ll Do

Define and execute enterprise-wide information security strategy and roadmaps.
Lead governance, frameworks, and compliance programs (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOC2).
Oversee SOC, endpoint security, data protection, and incident response.
Drive secure adoption of cloud, mobility, and digital platforms (DevSecOps, Zero Trust).
Manage risk assessments, audits, and regulatory compliance.
Mentor and lead a team of security professionals.
Partner with IT, business, and external stakeholders on security initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, IT Security, or related field.
12–18 years in IT Security, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
Strong expertise in governance frameworks and compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, GDPR).
Proven experience in SOC management, cloud security, endpoint protection, and IAM.
Hands-on knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, DLP, CASB, and IAM tools.
Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer.
