Job Title Sales Trainer - Capital Markets

We are looking for a high-energy professional with strong knowledge of capital markets and a passion for training and capability building. The role involves creating high-quality content on investment and capital markets and delivering impactful training sessions to frontline sales teams.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop and update training modules on
capital markets, investment products, market fundamentals, and salesapplication of these concepts.

Conduct classroom and virtual training
sessions on capital markets for frontline and new joiners across channels.

Partner with business heads to plan monthly
training calendars as per regional needs.

Drive
training program on various sales pitches, opening & closing of sales calland objection handling .

Introduce
the frontline sales employees various technology platform and drive adoptionthrough various initiatives.

Track
training effectiveness and progress in business performance and publishanalytics and reports to business heads

Key skills

Should
know MS Office (Excel, Power point and Word)

Comfortable
in dealing with and presenting to large groups of people

Training
/ facilitation skills

Knowledge
of insurance & financial products

Strong
understanding of capital markets, investment products, mutual funds, equitybasics, market cycles, etc.
