Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Manager I, FP&A Commercialization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with expertise in financial planning and analysis.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement financial models to forecast revenue and expenses.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Identify and mitigate financial risks.
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting.
Strong knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with BRISTOL-MYERS SQUIBB INDIA PVT.LTD. is preferred.
