facilitate our growth, Job Summary: Manager HR Tech and analytics plays pivotal role in managing and optimizing HRMS (Workday) platform and delivering critical data-driven insights to empower organizational decision-making This multifaceted role encompasses the full lifecycle of HRMS administration, including configuration, maintenance, and user support, with a strong emphasis on ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all HR functions Furthermore, the specialist will be responsible for leveraging HR data to develop insightful reports and dynamic dashboards, providing leadership with actionable intelligence for strategic planning and execution The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of HR processes, exceptional analytical capabilities, proven experience in Workday HRMS administration, and strong collaborative and communication skills, Key Responsibilities: HRMS Administration: Serve as the primary point of contact for comprehensive support across all HR functions within the Workday HRMS, Expertly configure and maintain the Workday system, ensuring optimal alignment with evolving business needs and best practices, Proactively ensure the highest levels of accuracy and integrity of all HR data residing within the Workday platform through the implementation of regular audits, rigorous data validation procedures, and the establishment of proactive data governance frameworks, Leverage a deep understanding of end-to-end HR processes and Workday system capabilities to identify and champion opportunities for strategic process automation, workflow optimization, and overall system enhancements that drive efficiency and effectiveness, Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of HRMS-related issues, providing timely, knowledgeable, and customer-focused support to end-users across all levels of the organization, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations, Develop and maintain comprehensive and user-friendly guides, clear training materials, and well-organized documentation pertaining to Workday processes, system functionalities, and best practices to empower user self-sufficiency, Remain consistently informed about Workday updates, new feature releases, and industry best practices, proactively evaluating and implementing relevant enhancements and upgrades to continuously optimize system performance and user experience, HR Analytics: Strategically gather, meticulously clean, and critically analyze HR data extracted from Workday and other pertinent sources to uncover significant trends, identify key patterns, and generate actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making, Design, develop, and generate both standardized and ad-hoc reports, to effectively communicate crucial HR metrics, and insightful findings Maintain a strong and current understanding of HR analytics best practices, explore innovative analytical methodologies, and champion the adoption of new tools and techniques to continuously enhance the organization's data-driven capabilities and insights, Qualification: Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field, Tota 8-10 yearsexperience of which minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience as an HRMS Administrator, with a strong and demonstrable preference for hands-on experience in managing and configuring the Workday platform, Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end core HR processes and their seamless integration within an HRMS/ HR Tech environment, Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to interpret intricate datasets, identify key trends, and formulate data-driven conclusions and recommendations, Preferred Qualifications: Relevant Workday certification(s) Hands-on experience with advanced HR analytics techniques, Working knowledge of data privacy and security regulations (e-g, GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for handling sensitive employee data, Experience in developing and delivering engaging HR analytics training and workshops to empower end-users with data literacy skills, Exposure to other HR technology platforms
