Manager, HR Systems

Role Overview: As a key member of the team at Prudential, you will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of Workday HRIS cutover and release activities. Your role will involve ensuring seamless transitions during system implementations and upgrades, maintaining governance, minimizing risk, and ensuring business continuity. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage cutover planning and execution for Workday implementations and updates. - Develop detailed cutover schedules across technical, functional, and organizational change management areas. - Coordinate mock cutovers and final cutover execution. - Identify and manage cutover tasks, risks, issues, and dependencies. - Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve escalations and ensure readiness for go-live. - Provide comprehensive reporting on cutover progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. - Plan and execute Workday release cycles, including feature adoption, testing, deployment, and post-release reviews. - Collaborate with Workday functional leads, business users, and change control boards to assess release impacts. - Ensure strict adherence to governance and change control processes. - Drive deployment and adoption of new Workday features aligned with business needs. - Maintain documentation and metrics related to release activities. Qualification Required: - Proven experience in cutover management and release management within the Workday environment. - Strong understanding of Workday modules such as HCM, Recruitment, Absence, Learning, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, Adaptive Planning, etc. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to drive collaboration and ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Experience in leading governance efforts to maintain consistency and quality in release and cutover processes.
