Manager, HR Service Delivery

The role involves supervising a team of entry-level professionals, providing guidance, and resolving any issues that may arise. It is essential to ensure compliance with established service standards and procedures while promptly addressing and resolving any employee questions or concerns. Coordination with HR information systems is necessary to ensure accurate data handling. Monitoring service center operations for efficiency and suggesting improvements is also a key responsibility. Additionally, assisting in the implementation of new HR programs and services, monitoring transaction processes for timelines and accuracy, and providing training and development opportunities for team members are important aspects of the role. The ideal candidate should possess HR systems knowledge, effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, team management skills, time management skills, attention to detail, training and development capabilities, compliance understanding, and day-to-day oversight of a homogenous support team. The job also involves supervising the daily activities of support teams or entry-level professionals, setting priorities for the team, coordinating work activities with other supervisors, and executing functional/departmental plans with the required resources to achieve objectives. The work is guided by policies, procedures, and the local business plan, with accountability for individual performance results and hire/fire decisions.
