Manager HR

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions with a strong focus on recruitment.
• Develop and implement strategic HR plans and policies aligned with organizational goals. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Specialized recruitment experience in hiring Medical Doctors and Engineering faculty is a must.

• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
• Supervise HR team members and provide necessary training and development support.
• Support management in organizational development and performance appraisal systems.

Preferred candidate profile

• Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 9+ years of relevant HR experience, with strong recruitment expertise.
• Previous experience in educational institutions, particularly Medical and Engineering colleges.
