Core responsibilities Recruitment and onboarding: Manage the hiring process from attracting talent to onboarding new employees. Employee relations: Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing conflicts, grievances, and employee concerns. Training and development: Develop and implement training programs and performance management systems to support employee growth and business needs. Compliance: Ensure the organization follows labor laws and regulations, NABH compliances and develop/update HR policies accordingly.
