Professional Development: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in their field and adopt new teaching and research techniques. Engage in continuous professional development activities.

Role & responsibilities Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions with a strong focus on recruitment. Develop and implement strategic HR plans and policies aligned with organizational goals. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Specialized recruitment experience in hiring Medical Doctors and Engineering faculty is a must. Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures. Supervise HR team members and provide necessary training and development support. Support management in organizational development and performance appraisal systems. Preferred candidate profile Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or related field. Minimum 9+ years of relevant HR experience, with strong recruitment expertise. Previous experience in educational institutions, particularly Medical and Engineering colleges.
