Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Federal tax returns and other informational forms for US based Investment Partnership Clients, specifically in the Private Equity, Hedge Fund, and Real Estate sectors. Additionally, you will be involved in various tax analysis, partner allocations, and international tax filings. Your role will also include engagement management, team development, and client interaction to ensure efficient tax compliance and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review Federal tax returns and informational forms for Investment Partnership Clients - Conduct Private Equity, Hedge Funds, and Real Estate specific tax analysis and partner allocations - Handle international tax filings including PFICs, CFCs, and foreign information reporting - Review debt vs. equity analysis, UBTI, and other analysis required in a private equity fund - Utilize Tax Compliance tools such as Go System and assist in preparing electronic filing packages - Manage engagement budgets and workflow, as well as team development and performance - Interact with client management team to gather information, resolve tax-related problems, and make recommendations for improvements - Support Engagement Manager in pursuits, proposals, and engagement reporting Qualifications: - Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from reputable universities - 3 to 12 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a Big 4 Firm - Strong tax accounting skills and proficiency in Tax compliance - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs, especially Excel - Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills - Experience in people management - CPA/EA certification will be a plus,
