Job Description

Key Responsibility:

OPD Growth: Analyzing conversion & traffic trends, identifying key metrics, and planning initiatives to drive Indian Next & state level OPD growth.
Strategic Deployment of Growth Investments: Strategizing allocation of investments at state/city levels, building and executing deployment frameworks, and optimizing spends to meet business goals.
Analysis, RCAs (Root Cause Analyses), and Reporting: Building tracking mechanisms, driving data-backed decisions through RCAs and experiments, and owning review preparations (WBR/MBRs, H2/MOP).
Goal Building: Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to define product strategy and building blocks for Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Quarterly Operating Plan (QOP), and Monthly Operating Plan (MOP) goals

Desired Skills:

Total post MBA work experience of 5+ years, with prior experience in consulting, ecommerce or consumer tech companies
Good understanding of product management and product led growth
Strong analytical skills, with an ability to create detailed models from scratch
Proficiency in Excel is required; SQL is preferred
Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and program manage multiple projects simultaneously
Initiative - Demonstrates strong ownership to bring about change and help drive the business forward
