Your Core Role — Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Execute hiring strategies, build talent pipelines, and ensure timely recruitment. — Employee Engagement & Retention: Drive engagement programs, address grievances, and implement retention strategies. — Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and compliance audits. — Campus, Skilling & NGO Partnerships: Build relationships with universities, skilling centers, and NGOs to enhance hiring and outreach. — Stakeholder Management: Act as an HR partner to state leadership, collaborating with central HR teams and external partners. Skills Required — Education: MBA/MSW in HR or related field. — Experience: 3-5 years in HRBP or Talent Acquisition, preferably in the social sector. — Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, engagement, compliance, and partnerships. — Ability to work independently and travel across assigned states. — Strong Knowledge on ATS — Analytic mindset Other Things to Expect — Five-day work week. — Fair pay. — The team will support you and push you.
