laundering Role Overview We are seeking a Manager, CA, for our GIFT CITY office with expertise in taxation, advisory services, financial reporting, and compliance. The role focuses on ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations, optimizing tax strategies to minimize liabilities, and offering strategic financial guidance to clients. Key Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements in line with accounting standards and regulations. Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance with established guidelines. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations. Tax Planning and Compliance: Advise clients on tax planning strategies to optimize their tax positions. Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations. Prepare and review various tax returns, including corporate, individual, and indirect taxes. Advisory and Consulting: Provide expert financial management, risk assessment, and business strategy guidance. Support clients in making informed decisions through financial analysis and due diligence. Offer recommendations for process improvements and risk mitigation strategies. Regulatory Compliance and Governance: Stay updated with financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry best practices. Ensure compliance with laws, including anti-money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. Assist clients in implementing strong internal controls and corporate governance frameworks. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives. Act as a trusted advisor by providing timely and relevant financial advice and solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated services. Qualifications:- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 2 to 4 years or Semi Q- CA with 7-8 years of relevant experience. Proficient in local laws and international taxation norms . Strong understanding of IFRS , RBI , and SEZ rules and regulations. Up-to-date knowledge of evolving regulations and industry changes. Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
