Manager Gen AI (Infrastructure and Climate Advisory)

We are seeking a dynamic professional with a strong foundation in technology (AI/GenAI) and business strategy, who can translate complex business requirements into impactful client solutions. While the role operates within the infrastructure and capital projects domain, prior experience in infrastructure is not mandatory. What matters most is your ability to apply emerging technologies to solve real-world business challenges.

Client Engagements

• Lead strategic discovery initiatives with public sector entitiesincluding transportation departments, utilities, healthcare agencies, and other government bodiesto identify high-impact opportunities for AI and GenAI adoption across operational workflows. •Bridge the gap between business needs and GenAI capabilities by evaluating use-cases through a commercial lens, advising clients on the optimal application of technologies such as LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI to solve complex challenges.
• Shape solution strategy and architecture by distinguishing between GenAI-driven insights and traditional automation, guiding clients on when and how to deploy intelligent systems for maximum value.
• Quantify and communicate GenAI impact by developing business cases that articulate ROI, efficiency gains, and strategic outcomes, enabling clients to make informed investment decisions.
• Influence client transformation agendas by aligning GenAI solutions with policy, regulatory, and operational priorities, ensuring technology adoption is both scalable and sustainable.
• Support KPMGs go-to-market strategy by contributing to thought leadership, sales collateral, and client engagement frameworks that position the firm as a trusted advisor in AI-enabled transformation.

Internal Innovation & Stakeholder Management

• Participate in internal initiatives to advance the use of infrastructure technologies, including AI, within the firms advisory services. •Mentor team members on solution design and digital workflows and contribute to the development of training materials and documentation to support adoption. •Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to align on technology strategy, implementation plans, and business outcomes.

Educational qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related discipline from a recognized institution. •Professional certifications in areas such as AI/ML, Data Analytics, or Project Management (e.g., Certified AI Practitioner, PMP) are preferred and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and applied expertise.

Prior Experience

• 6–10 years of experience in technology-enabled business transformation, with a strong track record of applying digital tools, AI, or GenAI to solve complex business challenges. •Sectoral experience in infrastructure or capital projects is beneficial but not mandatory; candidates with exposure to public services, utilities, healthcare, or other regulated industries are equally encouraged to apply.
