Job Description

As a qualified candidate for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience along with 11 years of experience in developing relationships with customers, particularly in the realm of digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions. Additionally, you should have at least 5 years of experience in leading, mentoring, and developing teams. If you possess a Master's degree in Marketing, Technology, or equivalent practical experience, it would be considered a preferred qualification. Furthermore, having 10 years of experience in media advertising, marketing on the customer side, consulting, or digital marketing, along with 3 years of experience in managing people, will be advantageous. Experience in managing multi-market/regional stakeholders is also desirable. As part of the gTech Ads team, you will be responsible for providing support and media services for customers of various sizes utilizing our entire Ad products stack. Your role will involve assisting customers in optimizing their Ad and Publisher products, setting up accounts, implementing ad campaigns, and offering media solutions tailored to their business and marketing needs. You will also be involved in providing complex technical and measurement solutions, along with consultative support for our large customers. Collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams within Google is essential to develop better solutions and services to enhance our products and client experience. In addition, as a member of the gCare GCS team, you will contribute to generating solutions that support millions of customers worldwide. Collaborating with internal teams, you will work on developing tools and services to improve our products based on the evolving needs of our users. Google Ads plays a pivotal role in powering the open internet with cutting-edge technology that creates value for people, publishers, advertisers, and Google itself. The various teams within Google Ads are dedicated to building Advertising products such as search, display, shopping, travel, and video advertising, as well as analytics. By fostering trusted relationships between people and businesses through useful ads, we help businesses of all sizes achieve measurable results and engage with customers at scale. Your key responsibilities in this role will include partnering with executive stakeholders to develop a comprehensive business strategy for the organization, leading a team of digital media specialists to help clients achieve their marketing objectives, mentoring and coaching marketing strategists to enhance their digital marketing expertise, fostering a team-first culture internally, and building strong sales partnerships in the Americas.
