As a Digital Media Director at gTech Ads, you will play a crucial role in developing relationships with customers and leading a team of digital media specialists. Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with executive stakeholders to build and drive a holistic business strategy and narrative for the organization. - Leading the team of digital media specialists responsible for account-level and helping clients reach their marketing objectives. - Mentoring and coaching teams of marketing strategists to deliver performance and develop their digital marketing expertise. Providing mentorship, career evaluations, and facilitating professional development plans. - Building a team-first culture internally and nurturing strong Americas sales partnerships. - Taking calculated risks and challenging the status quo. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 11 years of experience developing relationships with customers, and working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions. - 5 years of experience in leading, mentoring, and developing teams. - Master's degree in Marketing, Technology, or equivalent practical experience (preferred). - 10 years of experience in media advertising, marketing on the customer side, consulting, or digital marketing (preferred). - 3 years of experience in managing people (preferred). - Experience in managing multi-market/regional stakeholders.
