Manager - GC Systems Functional Admin

As the Manager - GC Systems Functional Admin at Fidelity International Limited, you will be part of the General Counsel Shared Services team, contributing to building better financial futures for our clients. You will be responsible for managing, governing, and supporting various AI and GenAI systems used within the General Counsel function. Your role will involve promoting GenAI usage, tracking benefits, providing user trainings, encouraging AI adoption, and supporting users in enhancing prompts for better accuracy and desired outcomes. Additionally, you will perform functional admin activities for AI systems, work with vendors and technology to resolve user queries, gather user feedback, and develop the GC AI Value Scorecard. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including the GC AI enablement and Enterprise AI teams, leveraging your strong communication, stakeholder management, prompt engineering, project management, and business analysis skills. A basic understanding of AI and Generative AI, along with a passion for AI and willingness to stay updated, are essential.
