Manager (Fundraising and Partnerships)

You will be responsible for driving fundraising and donor engagement initiatives by identifying potential donors, building relationships, and securing funding. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying, researching, and building a comprehensive pipeline of potential donors, including corporates (SMEs and large enterprises), international foundations, and multilateral agencies. - Driving CSR funding opportunities through strategic outreach, relationship management, and compelling proposal development. - Initiating cold calls, scheduling meetings, and presenting the organization's vision and impact to prospective partners and funders. - Crafting customized concept notes, proposals, and presentations aligned with donor priorities and expectations. - Leading funding negotiations and finalizing agreements, MoUs, and contracts in collaboration with internal legal and program teams. In addition, you will also be responsible for partnership and stakeholder management, including: - Building and nurturing long-term relationships with donors, corporate partners, and institutional stakeholders. - Representing the organization at conferences, sectoral events, and donor forums to build visibility and foster strategic alliances. - Ensuring regular and transparent communication with partners, sharing impact stories, reports, and project updates. Furthermore, you will lead the development and execution of cause-related marketing and employee engagement campaigns in collaboration with external and internal marketing teams. You will also track and analyze donor engagement metrics, ensure timely updates, recognition, and impact reporting to all stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Experience in B2B sales: 3 years (Preferred) Language: - English (Preferred) Please note: This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund.
