Manager - FP & A

Role Overview: As a Manager - FP & A, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis for the company. Your key role will involve coordinating the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, presenting monthly MIS reports to management and investors, supporting due diligence activities, and administering various audits including internal, process, statutory, tax, and compliance audits. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, reporting variances - Prepare and present monthly MIS reports to management and investors - Support due diligence and data room preparation activities - Administer internal and process audits, statutory audits, tax audits, and compliance audits - Undertake financial audits and provide financial advice - Review the company's systems and conduct risk analysis - Verify financial information and systems through tests - Maintain accounting records, prepare accounts, and Management Information Reports for small businesses - Detect and prevent fraud through forensic accounting - Liaise with internal and external auditors, addressing financial irregularities - Report and make recommendations following internal or public-sector audits - Prepare financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting with analysis Qualification Required: - CA or CMA qualification is required for this role Additional Company Details: N/A,
