Ø Managing daily operations of hostel mess and Service outlets

Ø Oversees back of house (kitchen) operation

Ø Lead, mentor, and manage culinary team

Ø Ensure the promptness, freshness and quality of dishes

Ø Develop and plan menus and daily specials

Ø Bringing new varieties with internal resources

Ø Determines plating and presentation plans

Ø Overseeing kitchen staff and ensuring the quality of food items

Ø Ensuring inventory management and to be monitored under FIFO method

Ø Manage food costing

Ø Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.

Ø Ensure compliance

Ø Training the team members

Ø Managing college special events and other events (Inside & outside campus)

Ø Following the food hygienic standards as per the FSSAI guidelines

Ø Getting regular feedback and upgrading the service
