Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Manager, Finance Planning & Analysis to join our Finance Team. Reporting to Vice President, Finance, this role will play a key part in budgeting, forecasting, business analytics, and strategic decision support for the APAC region. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial acumen, advanced modeling skills, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to senior leadership. A strong collaborator, this individual will work cross-functionally to align financial plans with strategic goals and drive performance across the organization

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop the Annual Budget, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial objectives.

  • Lead forecasting cycles, incorporating key business drivers and market insights

  • Drive reporting requirements; ensure accuracy, timeliness, and transparency.

  • Conduct monthly Budget vs. Actual analysis; provide meaningful insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends

  • Prepare and deliver financial presentations to business and finance leadership, highlighting key metrics, risks, and opportunities.

  • Ensure Budgetary Control as per defined guidelines

  • Analyze data, trends, variances and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Build and maintain Financial Models, Benchmarking to help in decision making

  • Continuously improving the processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

  • Cross-functional collaboration to gather relevant information

Required Qualifications:

  • MBA(Fin)/CA/CMA with 3-4 Years of experience in FP&A/Business Finance/Commercial Finance

  • Strong expertise in Finance Modelling, Presentations, Power BI

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Proven ability to work with senior leaders and manage cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of ERP (Preferably NetSuite) and One Stream

Physical Demands and Working Conditions
